Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel the booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of your transfer.
• Cancellation within 24 hours or after the transfer begins is non-refundable.
• Due to timezone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is determined based on the supplier's local time. Please allow 2-5 business days to process and confirm your cancellation request. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

• Pick-up time will be confirmed by WhatsApp, WeChat or email.
• Your driver will hold GoGrandChina welcome sign with your name and wait at the appointed meeting place.
• You will be dropped off at the departures area of your airline terminal.
• When booking departure transfer, please be aware that you need to arrive at the airport at least two hours before the departure time for domestic flights, three hours before the departure time for international flights.

• We provide up to 20 minutes of waiting time at the pick-up address. If you don’t show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your vehicle and receive no refund.
