• Pick-up or drop-off between 22:00pm and 06:59am are subject to a surcharge of CNY50/Saloon or MPV; CNY100/Minibus or bus (to be paid directly to the driver).

• You may cancel the booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of your transfer. Cancellation within 24 hours or after the transfer begins is non-refundable. Due to timezone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is determined based on the supplier's local time. Please allow 2-5 business days to process and confirm your cancellation request. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
