Amazing 6-Day AirAsia Private Tour of Xian & Pingyao! Firstly, Car ride was comfortable and airconned. Derik made us feel so comfortable and made sure we were taken care of at all times- very knowledgable and answered all our questions, also patiently waiter for us while we spent time looking at the shops and buying things!
Over all a really good day- couldnt have asked for a better guide or driver!Then, I loved Pingyao so much!!!
Pingyao has an interesting history, which Derik explained to us. Inside the city walls, which are, unusually for historic Chinese cities, complete. From the walls we could see over the rooftops of the ancient city, which is composed almost entirely of traditional courtyard houses. If you choose to visit Pingyao, try to book this 6 day tou. And Derik is excellent!
