We did not know what to expect as we booked this the day before. We had a guide who spoke very good English. His name was Tony. The guide was very knowledgeable and he did a great job of showing us around and getting a chance to experience the highlights of Shanghai. It was an excellent tour and we all had a great time. Very much worth the price. Of note one of the other guests states he now only uses GoGrand China for her tours during her travels and has always had a great experience! I will definity use your service again!
