And for larger groups, we have a range of spacious buses, including 19-21 seater, 30-35 seater, 40-45 seater, and 51-53 seater options, depending on your specific needs.

Overtime & Extra Mileage Surcharge

• Surcharge will be applied if the service is over 8 hours, overtime fee is charged every 30 minutes
• Surcharge will be applied if the service is over 100 kilometers, extra mileage fee is charged per kilometer
• Overtime & extra mileage charge need to be paid directly to the driver in cash

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour's start time or after the tour begins are non-refundable.
• Cancellation request will be confirmed within 2-5 business days, with refunds issued within 14 working days.

If you are traveling with a small group, you may select a minibus (Mercedes MB100, Ford Transit, Joylong, Jinbei or similar). If you are traveling with a big group, you can choose our 19-21 seater bus, 30-35 seater bus, 40-45 seater bus or 51-53 seater bus depending on the number of passengers traveling with you.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
• Prices are based on service hours between 07:00am and 22:00pm.
• Pick-up or drop-off between 22:00pm and 06:59am are subject to a surcharge of CNY50/Saloon or MPV; CNY100/Minibus or bus (to be paid directly to the driver).
• Any changes to the itinerary need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Your driver speaks very little English, you may use driver's mobile phone to reach out your GGC service staff if you need to communicate with driver
• Google translate APP is working in China, please download in case you need to communicate with driver.
• No more than 1 suitcase per person is recommended. We may suggest you change to another vehicle if you have excessive luggage.
• The vehicles shown in the pictures are for reference only. Specific makes/models within a car class may vary depending on availability and factors such as passenger seating, luggage capacity, equipment and mileage.

• You may cancel the booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of your transfer.
• Cancellation within 24 hours or after the transfer begins is non-refundable.
• Due to timezone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is determined based on the supplier's local time. Please allow 2-5 business days to process and confirm your cancellation request. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
