• Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
• Prices are based on service hours between 07:00am and 22:00pm.
• Pickup or drop-off between 22:00pm and 06:59am are subject to a surcharge of CNY50/Saloon or MPV; CNY100/Minibus or bus (to be paid directly to the driver).
• Any changes to the itinerary need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No more than 1 suitcase per person is recommended. We may suggest you change to another vehicle if you have excessive luggage.
• The vehicles shown in the pictures are for reference only. Specific makes/models within a car class may vary depending on availability and factors such as passenger seating, luggage capacity, equipment and mileage.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour's start time or after the tour begins are non-refundable.
• Cancellation request will be confirmed within 2-5 business days, with refunds issued within 14 working days.

Know Before You Go
• Pickup time, driver's name & contact information will be confirmed by WhatsApp or email.
• Your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting place, holding a GoGrandChina pickup sign with your name.
• You will be dropped off at the departure area of your airline terminal.
• If you book an Airbnb, please note that door-to-door pickup might not be provided.
• There's a 20-minute grace period for waiting. Failure to show up will result in tour cancellation & no refund.
• When booking departure transfer, plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international ones.
